國仁被派調(diào)查涉及社會知名商家岑紫瑩(郭少蕓 飾)的詐騙案件，紫瑩利用假認(rèn)股證欺詐并收買下屬員工幫她造假，從中獲利。案件調(diào)查至成熟階段，永康親自帶隊拉人。紫瑩及后多番以司法程序拖延案件，企圖逃避審訊。
